RETURNS AND REFUNDS

JEKCA is happy to refund on the following conditions:-

• Return can be made in 30 calendar days from the date of your purchase.
• Your item must not be opened and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
• However, we don't accept return of individual parts.

Once we have received your item, we will inspect it. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after the inspection. If your return is accepted, we will refund the amount (net of shipping charge) to your credit card.

Shipping cost
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs to returnyour item. Shipment with tracking number is strongly recommended. Shipping charges are not refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
